We all want to use the latest version of the software, well some lessons are learned the hard way.

Sometimes in the MacWorld, you might have issues with software that you are using that is not compatible with the latest updates. Luckily for me, this was Viber — I already had two updates on my machine where Viber was crashing it.

How do I resolve the Viber issue?

Once I managed to log in I had around 15 seconds before the next freeze, I managed to open “Login items” and remove Viber from the programs.

Please note that this is my use case for you it might be different software that is causing issues.

Guess what — it was not only this?

So I had to use another approach — the laptop was not starting in “Safe mode” as well so I reset the NVRAM by holding Command + Option + R + P when starting the computer for 20 seconds.

More information on the NVRAM and PRAM could be found here.

I hope that this guide saves someone time and stress.
